Melanie Proulx is in her final undergraduate year completing a joint specialization of English and History with a minor in professional writing at Concordia University. Her essay, "Who's Afraid of Midnight?: The Struggle to Re-Create the Female Plot of Development in the 20th Century", was published in the 2015 Literature Undergraduates Colloquium at Concordia (LUCC). She is currently applying to graduate school in order to pursue her studies in English literature. Melanie hopes to continue her education journey to one day earn her doctorate and teach in a university setting.
