March has a lot of amazing events to attend including St. Patrick's Day parade on March 20th, the International Film Festival of Art from March 17-27, and Voix d'Ameriques starting on March 11th. With Spring fast approaching, which festivals and events are you most looking forward to? What about festivals in the summer?

St-Patrick's Day parade is always lots of fun, especially on crescent street. However, the best festivals are to come. The first one I can't wait to attend is the beerfest from june 8th to june 12th. That is the only time where you can discover new beers, portos, etc. Moreover, even though it's a beerfest, people are civilized and full of joy. The second festival is my favorite by far and it's the Jazz Festival from june 25th to july 4th. There's always a lot of different shows free. Last year, "la compagnie créole" was amazing. Finally, if you want to discover another great festival 30 minutes away from Montreal is the Festival Internationale de Montgolfières from . Last year, a lot of great musicians were invited and performed for free. This festival is for everyone but more familial during the day.
