A Guide to Traditional Irish Cooking! Hmm, what to cook, what to cook.. A hah! Irish Lamb Stew! Step 1: Find the largest bloody pot ye can find... or is drawn in yer universe... Step 2: Get all yer ingredients prepared; in this case, lamb that's been marinatin' in whiskey and spices for about a week, carrots, potatoes and celery! Hmm, there be something I'm forgetting.... Oh yeah! Thyme, Rosemary and Peppercorn! Step 3: Toss everything into the pot! Step 4: Now it's time for the liquid, fill the pot to a half with water. Now ye may 'ave been wondering why I am in a bar setting? Well it's simple really, there was no Pub background.. and because I needed the ultimate ingredient for any Irish stew! Just a moment... Whiskey!! Step 4.5: Now generally ye only want to add about a quarter of whiskey.. ... ...generally... Once that's done bring it into the kitchen! Step 5: Bring to a boil fer five minutes.. | Then reduce to a simmer for 7 to 8 hours!  Pixton ....zzzzz The meat should be melting by this point, and if ye can chew it with yer gums alone, it's good to go! Only one more step! And last but not least!: Serve and eat! Once ye can suck it all up through a straw ye've mastered the art of Irish cooking!
